Trenchless Sewer Repair Naples, Florida
Naples, Florida Trenchless Sewer Repair
At SPT Pipe, we know that sewers play important roles in everyone’s life. Without the sewer systems, our health and environment would be at risk of contamination. Contamination happens when there is not a proper system that will separate dirty water from clean water or even treat wastewater before they reach the rivers and oceans. Sometimes water pollution happens even with a system in place if Florida homeowners and business owners do not maintain it.
Popular places in the world like Naples, Florida require regular maintenance of sewer systems or they lose residents, business, and tourism. Naples is very popular with tourists because of its high-end shopping centers and golf courses.
For Naples, Florida to maintain its hotels, restaurants, beautiful homes, clear water, and healthy landscapes, it has to maintain its most unseen asset – the sewer systems. This brings us back to why we started a business in plumbing at SPT Pipe.
How SPT Pipe Started
Our company is called Specialized Pipe Technologies. It was formerly known as Sleuth Plumbing Technologies. It was founded in 1994 and was the first to use underground video to check the conditions of pipes. Today it has branched out to 10 other locations across all of North America.
We have three main services:
- Pipe Inspection
- Pipe Cleaning
- Pipe Rehabilitation
Our Pipe Inspection service allows us to test the condition of our client’s sewer pipe using CCTV video recorded underground. This tool helps us detect any problems in the sewers and the condition of the pipes.
We have three different ways of pipe cleaning, depending on the need of our client. We perform the Sovent Cyclonic Cleaning, a process we usually use when working in tall buildings. The second is called Mechanical Cleaning, a method we use for storm drains to maintain and protect the waterways.
Our third method of Pipe Cleaning is Hydro-jetting, where a hose with high-pressured water from a nozzle is inserted into the sewer pipe on one end while the other end is connected to a monitor. The water pressure from the hose is used to break any buildup found inside the pipes, while the monitor serves as the “eyes” of the operator.
Last but not the least, we rehabilitate pipes. This includes trenchless sewer repairs using pipe lining, pipe bursting, and coating. We also detect odors and rodents or pests and help our clients eliminate these.
Why Choose Trenchless Sewer Repair?
We recommend that our clients use trenchless sewer repair, in short, because it saves time and money. It does not cause damage to the yard, therefore it is less messy and clients will not need to prepare a separate budget for repairs or new landscaping.
We do not need to dig the yard to replace damaged pipes as traditional methods do. The old method requires digging the whole yard to get to the pipes. Then the damage location is identified and replaced piece by piece. Whereas with trenchless sewer repair, we use pipe lining or bursting. If a pipe is not too damaged, we use lining. If the entire pipe has to be replaced, we use bursting.
